Cape Cod Campresort caters to campers, but we cater to
non-campers as well. If you would like to try this
outdoor recreation experience in luxury, one of our
RV rental units may be just what you are looking for. We
have four classes of cabin/cottage-style park model RV rentals.
All of the units are 400 square feet, with the exception
of our Premium Deluxe units which have 100 square foot
screened porches in addition to the main area. The two
bedroom units have limited living room area since the
extra space is taken by the second bedroom. Please go to our
rates page for a full description of each
park model RV rental class. One style includes a queen
bed, two bunks, and a sleeping loft. A second style,
which may be better suited to couples, replaces the
bunks and loft with an enlarged living room area with a
pull-out futon. Our settings are private and wooded, yet
still within easy access to the resort’s full range of
facilities and recreational amenities. Our rental units
truly represent the best of both worlds. Cabin-style
units offer
all of the conveniences and comfort to which you are
accustomed at home. Fully applianced and well appointed,
it is time for you to enjoy the best in outdoor
recreation and fun!

We are now accepting all reservations for 2012 at posted rates. Our Prime Season generally gets totally sold out very early, so we encourage all of our repeat and new guests to book as far in advance as possible in order to avoid disappointment later. The best time to reach us is between 10:00AM and 4:00PM daily, seven days a week, or you can make an online reservation request anytime.

Cabin-Style
Park Model RV Classifications and Types
We offer fifteen
Cabin/Cottage-style park model RV types in four different price classifications, with details outlined below.
Cabin/Cottage-style park model RV's are recreational vehicles which have been
designed to look and feel like a cabin or a cottage, although they are in fact
recreational vehicles on wheels, with hitches, placed on site and setup in a
manner which is both rustic yet luxurious. All units are 400 sq. ft., with the
exception of Pool Side Premium Deluxe units, which are larger. For all of these
units, furnishings include a full kitchen, with sink, refrigerator, stove,
microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and basic cooking and cleaning utensils.
Units also include a full bathroom, dining area, and outside fireplace with
grill. Additional furnishings include cable TV, DVD player, stereo / CD player, and
ceiling fan. Air conditioning and electric heat are included in all of our
rental units. We do not provide maid service, and guests are responsible for
leaving the unit in the same clean, occupancy-ready condition when they leave as
they found it upon arrival. Cleaning service is available, with 24 hour notice,
for an additional charge for those guests who do not want to clean their own
unit upon departure. Adequate cleaning supplies are provided to clean units. All
you need to bring are linens, bedding, and a sense of adventure. For those who
would prefer to rent bedding linens and other items, this service can be
provided for an additional fee upon request. Sorry, but no smoking and no pets in
any of our rental units.
Weekly Rental
Periods
Our cabins rent
weekly from Thursday to Thursday, Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday or
Sunday to Sunday. There are a few units that can be rented for either three or
four nights as long as the rental starts or ends on a Thursday. Thursday (Split)
units can also be booked Sunday to Sunday when available. To determine which
cabin offers the best arrival dates for you, check after the Site # for (S)
Saturday (F) Friday or (Split) Split Thursday. Please call (508) 548-1458 if you
have any questions. Our reservation staff is available 7 days a week to help
you.

Standard 1 bedroom cabin. Sleeps 4 people in 2 beds. Full size bed in master bedroom. Full size sleeper sofa in living room. Full size tub and shower. Farmer’s porch, central heat and air.
Standard 2 bedroom cabin. Sleeps 7 people in 5 beds. Queen size bed in the master bedroom. Second bedroom has 3 single bunks and 1 double bunk. Full shower central heat and air.

Premium Deluxe 2 bedroom cabin. Sleeps 6 people in 5 beds. Both the bedrooms have 2 single beds which can be made into king size beds. Full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Full shower. Central heat and air. Screened in porch and ramp access.

Cape Cod Cottage has 1 bedroom with a bi-fold door in living room for privacy. Sleeps
8 in 3 beds and 2 mattresses in the loft. Queen size bed in the master bedroom. 2 Full size sleeper sofas in the living room. 2 single size mattresses in the loft. Farmer’s porch. Full tub and shower. Central heat and air. (Loft area is 4.5 ft. high, carpeted, with mattresses on the floor.)
Cape Cod Cottage with 2 bedrooms. Sleeps

Cabin-Style Park Model RV Rental Reservation
Request Form
You can now make your Cape Cod Campresort reservation requests online. Simply complete the form below
to make a reservation request for one of our cabin rentals. If you would like to
reserve a campsite, click here for the correct form. Please understand that this is strictly a Reservation Request Form. You do not have an actual reservation until it has been confirmed, and a reservation cannot be confirmed until your deposit or payment in full has been processed and authorized. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We will contact you within 24 hours via either e-mail or telephone to confirm availability and to obtain a credit card number to secure your reservation. If you need to confirm your reservation immediately or would like to make a reservation for an arrival within less than 48 hours, please call us at (508) 548-1458 during normal business hours.
A minimum deposit of 30% is required on all
reservations, with the balance due at least
30 days prior to
arrival. Full payment in advance will lock in price, expedite check-in, and avoid
automatic cancellation due to failure to remit balance on time. If space is not available, we will contact you via e-mail. If you prefer, you may print this page after completing the form. The completed form may then be faxed to us at (508) 457-4481 or mailed to us with the minimum deposit or preferably payment in full. Sorry, but our system does not allow reservations of
individual site or cabin numbers. We will always do our best to accommodate your
request but reserve the right to exchange or substitute site assignments at our
discretion. Sites are generally assigned upon arrival.
